List your departures on Sawa.

You'll need a current Ministry of Tourism license, ETAA registration, valid insurance, and a track record we can check. Most applications are reviewed within a few business days.

A valid Egyptian tourism license

Issued by the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities. We confirm it's active.

Passenger & liability insurance

Proof of current cover for the tours you intend to run.

Track record

Two references or a portfolio of past tours — and links to any existing reviews.

A payout account

Bank or accepted payout method for receiving funds after each GoAhead.

After you apply

We confirm your documents with the Ministry — usually 2–4 business days.

A short call to set up payouts and your first listings.

Go live

List your routes and grab your widget snippet.

Apply to list on Sawa

No cost to apply or to list. You only pay when a date confirms.

We confirm this with the Ministry before approval.

What happens to your details: this form is sent over an encrypted connection to Sawa, where your application is stored so we can review it. We email a copy to you and to hello@sawa.tours. We use your license number only to confirm your registration with the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities, and we don't share it outside Sawa — with one exception you'll see before it happens: a listed partner's entry in our directory links to its own public page in the ETAA register, and that page's address carries the license number.
